Administrative Fee : $300.00 Administrative Fee is a onetime fee per unit.
Application Fee: $150.00 Applicaiton fee is per applicant over the age of 18.
Clubhouse Rental: $250.00 Fee for a 4-hour reservation $200 deposit refundable if space is cleaned and not damaged.
Convergent Activation Fee: $25.00 Convergent Activation Fee- Onetime fee to activate utilites.
Convergent Billing Admin Fee: $6.00 Convergent Billing Admin Fee- billed monthly for utility billing.
Electric Admin Fee: $50.00 This fee is only charged if your electric account is not set up on time and maintained with FPL.
Garage Clicker Replacement : $150.00 Garage Clicker Replacement- Onetime fee for garage clicker replacement.
Insurance Noncompliance Fee: $40.00 Insurance Noncompliance Fee- fee charged for not maintaining proper renters' insurance.
